Takamul Water Tank Cleaner: What the Test Covers and a Free Practice Test

If you want to work in Saudi Arabia as a water tank cleaner, you will need to prepare well for Takamul's skill verification test. This article explains the test, the topics to know and some tips, and ends with an online practice test in Bangla that you can take as often as you like.

What the Takamul test is

Takamul is also written Takamol. For many trades, a Saudi work visa now needs a certificate from Takamul's Skill Verification Program (SVP). The test usually has a theory part and a practical part. In Bangladesh it is taken at approved centres, most of them Technical Training Centres (TTCs), after registering online.

Which trades need the test, what it costs and where to take it can change, so check the latest rules with your employer or an approved test centre before you apply.

Topics to know

Our practice test has 100 questions in four groups: safety, confined spaces and PPE; cleaning, disinfection and chemicals; equipment, pumps and water testing; and maintenance, service and practical work.

Tips

• Learn the safety rules first: test the air before entering a tank and always keep a standby person outside.
• Learn the English names of the equipment (Blower, Tripod, SCBA).
• Memorise the key figures: safe oxygen level, chlorine strength, the safe pH range.
• Practise by hand for the practical part.

How to take the practice test

• Press "Start the test" below; there is nothing to sign up for.
• Each test has 25 randomly chosen questions and 30 minutes. Each question has four answers, one of them correct.
• After you submit, you see your score, which answers were wrong and what the correct ones were.
• Only you see your result; nothing about you is saved.

Please note: this is not the official Takamul test. Trimatrik made it to help you prepare; the real test's questions and format may differ. The questions are in Bangla.
