Custom projects

Refunds for custom projects are set out in the written agreement for each project, including payments for work already completed.

Digital products

For digital products, the refund window and conditions are shown on the product page before you buy.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; the current period is not refunded unless the product page says otherwise.

How to ask for a refund

Email us with your order details and the reason for the request. We reply within the time stated in our contact page.
